The following terms and conditions are for your information. Please read them carefully before you purchase items from Pango Productions (creators of Animals²). By using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. All Animals² products are sold in British pounds (GBP).

It is your responsibility to provide Pango Productions Ltd with your correct information. Please ensure that the credit/debit information you supply us is your own and that your account has enough funds to cover the cost of the purchased items and their delivery.

Items will be shipped directly from Pango Productions warehouse in the UK.

Shipping charges are a flat rate of £4.95 for mainland UK. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CURRENTLY CANNOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order you must notify us by e-mail within seven working days hello@animals2.co.uk from date of delivery that it is your intention to cancel your order and that you are returning the goods.

You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us including the mailing costs. The item/s must be returned in the original condition in which they were received - unused and in their original packaging. We advise that you return the goods with the appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit.

A full refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase (excluding outward postage charges).

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive with us. All returns should be sent to:

Your statutory rights are not affected. Pango Productions works hard to ensure that all information we present to you is accurate and correct. But mistakes can happen, we will do our best to fix any errors as soon as we become aware of them.

Pango Productions reserves the right to change any of the information, photographs, prices, descriptions, that are presented to you, at any time without prior notice.

Pango Productions cannot accept any liability for any indirect or direct loss as a consequence of using this website or any of the products or services purchased from Pango Productions. Pango Productions can only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum of the total purchase price of any product or service sold from the Animals² website. International copyright laws protect all information and content. It is illegal to reproduce any of the products, designs or images displayed on Pango Productions Ltd.
